RIDERS & CREW

Annabel Freeman

SEGRO
DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

A key member of the incredibly busy development team at Segro, with responsibility for sheds of all sizes across London and the SE. Equally committed to the road bike and an avid member of PedElle

Shona Virden

ELLIOTT WOOD
STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Having mastered the not inconsiderable feat of cycling in site boots, Shona can often be found pedalling between Elliott Wood sites across central London. She’s looking forward to swapping PPE for SPDs.

Andrew Mickel

MACTAGGART & MICKEL
GROUP DIRECTOR

Andrew is not your average housebuilder. He is a big champion of new sustainable technologies and not afraid of thinking big. Andrew is based in Glasgow, so for him, its a cycle home.

Jim Webster

HAUS COLLECTIVE
DIRECTOR

Jim combines his roles as Director of Glasgow architecture practice HAUS and avid cyclist, preferring to take zoom meetings at a roadside mid way through the 5 ferries route close to Glasgow.

Ian Gleeson

CBRE
CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER

Ian is a veteran of numerous London to MIPIM rides, and can claim to have ridden through the snow on more than one occasion, so the British climate won’t faze him (famous last words).

Martin Scholar

BARRATT HOMES
HEAD OF PLANNING

Never too far from his bike, Martin much prefers to travel between Barratts London sites and meetings on two wheels rather than by tube.

Christina Gaiger

PRESIDENT OF THE ROYAL INCORPORATION
OF ARCHITECTS IN SCOTLAND (RIAS)

A celebrity amongst the group having appeared in the first edition of “Proper Cycling Magazine – Winter 2020”. Christina commutes the 17 miles to work each day, with a snappy and punchy climb in the first mile

Ian Anderson

ICENI PROJECTS
CHIEF EXECUTIVE

A regular in spandex. Ian can be found at the weekend in Richmond Park clocking up the mileage. He has achieved over 4,000 miles on the bike in 2021. Likely to be the instigator of the late-night karaoke

Claire Cogar

ICENI PROJECTS
DIRECTOR, ARCHAEOLOGY

As yet, does not own a bike, but Claire is always up for a challenge. And, watch out, Claire can drink, so likely to be last to bed.

Sean McEntree

ICENI PROJECTS
SENIOR HERITAGE CONSULTANT

Sean is the latest member of the Tribe to join Iceni Projects, and yet to work out it is acceptable to say “no” to the challenge of cycling more than 400 miles in the winter.

Clive Burbridge

ICENI PROJECTS
DIRECTOR, TRANSPORT

Clive owns no less than 20 bikes. A proper cycle nut. Clive is going to be our Captain for COP26, and will be ensuring that we all make it to Glasgow safely and well looked-after.

James Bompas

ICENI PROJECTS
SUPPORT DRIVER

Had it not been October then James would have joined the cycle party. Very much a fair weather cyclist. James will be making sure you are well looked-after throughout the journey
